Ms Lim Sook Yee was appointed to the Board on 7 April 2025 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She is an experienced finance professional with over 10 years in investment banking, consultancy, and corporate accounting.

In 2015, Ms Lim started her career through her position as Managing Consultant at Axcelasia Global Business Services (now Tricor Axcelasia), where she led teams in managing complex financial reporting, tax compliance, budgeting, and advisory services. With a strong foundation in full-set accounting and systems like MYOB, Sage UBS, and SQL, she brings deep operational insight and regulatory expertise. An ACCA Affiliate with a degree in Business Administration, she is known for her strategic thinking, financial acumen, and hands-on leadership.

She was then continued her career as Dealer Representative at Maybank Investment Bank in 2019 and managed trading and portfolio advisory for local and international markets. Her deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory environments enables her to deliver strategic insights and drive investment performance.

Ms Lim is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of Akru Sdn Bhd and Signature Alliance Group Berhad.
