Premium Biochar, Bio-Oil & Wood Vinegar
At Tex Cycle, our advanced gasification process does more than generate renewable energy—it produces premium, high-carbon biochar. By converting municipal green waste and end-of-life wood in an oxygen-limited environment, we transform organic waste into a stable, highly porous carbon matrix.Instead of allowing this waste to decompose in local landfills and release harmful methane (CH4), our process securely locks the carbon away. This creates a permanent carbon sink capable of safely storing carbon for centuries, actively contributing to global climate change mitigation.

Premium Biochar
We supply our pure biochar to commercial and industrial partners across Malaysia for use in various applications:
Agriculture & Soil Health: Applied directly to soils to improve aeration, water retention, and microbial health, boosting crop resilience and yields.
Compost & Fertilizer Blending: Supplied to commercial fertilizer manufacturers to create premium, biochar-enhanced soil amendments.
Sustainable Construction Materials: Sold to building material manufacturers as a lightweight, carbon aggregate for concrete and asphalt.
Uncompromising Quality & Safety
Our biochar undergoes rigorous third-party laboratory testing to ensure it is completely safe for both agronomic and industrial use. We actively monitor our production to ensure strict compliance with the heavy metal, toxicant, and macroscopic impurity thresholds defined by the World Biochar Certificate (WBC) Agro and Material guidelines.
Environmental & Carbon Compliance Notice:
The CO2 removal associated with the biochar produced at our Port Klang facility has been actively reported and accounted for under the international Puro Standard.
To ensure strict environmental integrity and prevent double-counting, the carbon removals achieved by our biochar are verified as independent CO2 Removal Certificates (CORCs) and are not claimed as offsets against Tex Cycle's other products, energy generation, or scheduled waste management services.
Sustainable Co-Products:
Bio-Oil & Wood Vinegar
In addition to premium biochar and renewable electricity, our enclosed gasification process captures and condenses valuable volatile byproducts, ensuring maximum resource recovery and a true circular economy:
Bio-Oil (Pyrolytic Tars): A high-energy liquid safely recovered and supplied to regulated industrial channels as a renewable heavy fuel alternative, directly displacing local fossil fuel consumption.
Raw Wood Vinegar (Pyroligneous Acid): A potent, natural liquid extract utilized in agriculture as an organic biopesticide and plant growth enhancer, as well as in industrial waste management for highly effective biological odor control.
