Tex Cycle Staff Development
Staff Development – Staffs are evaluated on a yearly basis on training requirements by their superiors. Training such as first aid, use of fire extinguisher and mock drills are carried out also on an annual basis to all staff. Additional information on environmental awareness and health and safety issue are also provided through verbal communication and on notice boards. External parties from respective organization are at times called in to provide information on the safety and environmental issues.
Recycling Day – The management of Tex Cycle celebrates Recycling Day with Tex Cycle staff and family members of the staff. Recyclable materials are bought at a higher price compared to the market price. Activities on the topic of recycling, reusing and reducing are also carried out on that day, encouraging the family members to participate. Thus providing experience and knowledge on the 3Rs.
Management Practice - Continuous training on environmental, safety and health awareness and environmental centered activities are carried out annually.
‘Family like’ environment created among the staff, encouraging the staff to bring along family members to company activities
Sense of belonging to the company and feel the success of the company’s achievement.
Management involves all level of staff in the development and success of the achievement.

- Award given to the section/area which complies to the audit checklist
